Delhi: CM Kejriwal’s Plea Against CBI Arrest To Be Heard Today | ABP News
Aam Aadmi Party chief and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal's plea challenging his arrest by the CBI will be heard today. The Supreme Court is set to review Arvind Kejriwal's plea, with Justices Surya Kant and Ujjwal Bhuyan presiding over the case. While the Supreme Court had previously granted interim bail to Kejriwal in a separate Enforcement Directorate (ED) case, no bail has been granted yet in the CBI case. The Delhi High Court had earlier dismissed CM Kejriwal's plea against his arrest, directing him to seek bail from the trial court. The hearing is scheduled to begin at around 12:30 p.m.
