Death warrants to issue against convicts on Dec 18 :Nirbhaya's Mom

Nirbhaya's mom after coming out from Patiala House Court said that the court will dismiss the review petitions of convicts on December 17 and death warrants will be issued to the convicts on Decemeber 18. With December 16 drawing close, the day of Nirbhaya case. The Tihar jail officials sought the services of two hangmen from Uttar Pradesh.
