DDC Polls: PDP leader Waheed-ur-Rehman wins despite being in NIA custody

The PDP leader, Waheed-ur-Rehman has won the DDC Polls despite being in the custody. Waheed-ur-Rehman is in NIA custody presently. Mehbooba Mufti has congratulated Rehamn on his win.

"Couldn't be prouder of PDPs Para Wahid who won election by huge margin of votes despite being arrested on baseless charges", wrote Mufti in her Tweet
