Covid-19: Recovery rate in India close to 60% | Super 40

The number of Coronavirus (Covid-19) cases in India has crossed 6 lakh-mark. In last 24 hours, 19,148 new Covid-19 cases were reported in the country taking the total to 6.04 lakh. Meanwhile, 434 people lost their lives in the same period, taking the death toll to 17,834.

However, over 3.59 lakh people have recovered which brings recovery rate in the country close to 60 percent. Presently, there are over 2.26 lakh active cases in India.
