COVID-19: Bihar reports new case, tally mounts to 4

Another person test positive for coronavirus in Patna's Nalanda Medical College and Hospital; total number of cases rise to 4 in the state. The fourth patient of Corona in Bihar has come on Tuesday.  In an unprecedented move, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday announced a 21 day nationwide lockdown. PM Modi said: "India is at the stage where our actions today, will decide to what extent we can bring down the impact of this disaster. This is the time to strengthen our resolve again and again."
