Couldn't talk to SP Vinay Tiwari: Bihar police team on IPS placed in quarantine

The team of Bihar Police which came to Mumbai to investigate Sushnat Singh Rajput suicide case have now returned. However, SP, Vinay Tiwari is still under quarantine.

The team of Bihar Police have also visited Kotak Mahindra Bank branch for investigation earlier. Now after Union Government's acceptance over Bihar government's recommendation for CBI probe, the case has been transferred to CBI.
