Coronavirus makes its way to rural areas, 40 die in Rohtak's village

About 40 people have been reported dead in a village in Rohtak, Haryana. Lack of proper medical facilities in the villages to deal with Covid 19 and under awareness is make the situation on rural arear worse.  

State Home and Health Minister Anil Vij decided to impose  "complete lockdown" and announced it in a tweet.
