Cloud Burst Caused Devastation in Manali, Flood in Anjani Mahadev Drain | ABP News

A cloudburst has been reported on the Manali-Leh National Highway (NH-003) from Dhundi to Palchan. Consequently, all vehicles are being redirected via the Atal Tunnel to Manali through Rohtang. Due to the cloudburst, the section of NH-003 from Dhundi to Palchan is closed for all types of vehicles.  As a result, all traffic is being rerouted through the Atal Tunnel and Rohtang Pass to Manali. The administration has issued an alert to the public, advising, "Please use alternative routes and undertake travel only if absolutely necessary." Authorities are working to manage the situation and ensure the safety of all travelers. Travelers are urged to stay informed and follow official updates.
