Citizenship amendment bill is unconstitutional: Shashi Tharoor

Shashi Tharoor said that Citizenship amendment bill was unconstitutional and that India was all irrespective of language, caste, colour, creed etc. "If you are an Indian, you should get equal rights and this is the basic principle of our Constitution," Tharoor added
