Chinese Defence Ministry blames India for border dispute

Despite a two-and-a-half-hour meeting between the Indian and Chinese defence ministers in Russia, China has blamed India for the border dispute. China has said in threatening language that the Chinese military is fully capable and committed to protecting its land.

The Chinese Defence Ministry said in a statement, "The reason for the tension on the border between India and China is quite clear, India is fully responsible for this. China's land cannot be occupied.
