China irked by good relations between India and Russia | Super 40

Union Defence Minister Rajnath Singh is in Russia these days. He went there to attend the Victory Parade in Moscow. China also participated in the parade and is perhaps irked by the age friendship shared by India and Russia. That is why it has asked Russia to not deliver the S400 missile defence system to India.
