Chennai: Explosion in gas balloons during 'Seva Saptah' on PM Modi's birthday

Prime Minister Narendra Modi's birthday was celebrated across the country on 17 September. PM Modi got congratulations from the country and abroad. Many programs were organized across the country on this special occasion.
