Charanjit Singh Channi to take oath as Punjab CM at 11: Rahul Gandhi to attend ceremony

The Dalit-Sikh face of Punjab, Charanjit Singh Channi, will be sworn in as the Chief Minister of Punjab today. He will be taking oath at 11 am. The ceremony will be attended by Congress leader Rahul Gandhi as well. Congress chief Sonia Gandhi will not be present at the ceremony. She will be in Shimla when the ceremony will commence.
