Chamoli: Farmer's daughter clears UPSC with flying colors

She does all the household work daily and helps in farming as well. She still managed to study for the UPSC exam and pass it with flying colors. She is the first woman of the village who has got a chance to leave the village for the studies. Poor network and financial crises were a great hindrance in her preparation.
