Caste-census need of the hour, says Vishambhar Prasad Nishad

 Samajwadi Party politician Vishambhar Prasad Nishad recently said that they demand a cased-based census in Uttar Pradesh. He said that it is very important to know how many people are involved in different sectors. Meanwhile, on the other hand, Bihar CM has disagreed to the allow caste-based census in his state.
