Brij Kishor Bind spotted threatening locals ahead of Bihar elections
Ahead of Bihar elections, a video of Bihar Cabinet minister, Brij Kishor Bind, is going viral online. In the video, the minister is threatening the locals of Kaimur's Chainpur. He is witnessed saying that if he lost the elections of 2020 then there would be famine in the area.
