Lok Sabha Elections 2024: Before the Lok Sabha elections, Congress spokesperson Ajay Maken has made a big claim. He said that all the accounts of the Congress Party have been frozen which means that all the doors of democracy have been closed. Elections are to be announced in a week or two. In such a situation, doing so is dictatorial.
Congress Treasurer Ajay Maken said that the Income Tax Department has frozen the bank accounts of the Indian National Congress and the Indian Youth Congress. This action has been taken due to the delay of 45 days in filing the IT return for the year 2018-19.
