BJD MP Sasmit Patra explains the Swaminathan theory on Farm laws

BJD MP Sasmit Patra has explained the Swaminathan theory on Farm laws in Rajya Sabha. He has explained why the BJD party wants to implement the Swaminathan report in the agriculture sector. Adding to this he has also said that MSP prices which the report has recommended haven't been implemented properly.
