During a rally in West Champaran in Bihar, Congress leader, Rahul Gandhi attacked Prime Minister Narendra Modi fiercely. Rahul Gandhi said that for the first time it is happening that the effigy of Ravana is not being burnt on Dussehra all over Punjab, but rather the effigies of Narendra Modi, Ambani, and Adani are being burnt.
