Bihar flood: Helpless people continue to suffer, move to safer places

As the flood situation in Bihar remains grim, residents are facing challenges, and going out in knee-length water is the only option left. Moreover, the stagnant water has now started to stink and the threat of disease is also there. Routine life has been adversely affected as there is no electricity or water to drink in the houses.
