Bihar Elections Phase 3: PM Modi tweets, appeals to cast vote

Prime Minister Narendra Modi took to Twitter and asked the people of Bihar to cast their votes during the third phase of polling. He also appealed to wear a mask and maintain social distancing during the polling process

As many as 2.34 crore voters, spread across 78 assembly segments of the 243-strong Assembly, will decide the fates of 1,204 candidates, including the Speaker and 12 members of the state cabinet.
