Big jolt to Yogi Govt by Supreme Court in Dr. Kafeel Khan case

The Yogi government of UP has received a setback from the Supreme Court. The court has dismissed the petition filed in the case of Dr. Kafeel Khan, suspended from Baba Raghav Das (BRD) Medical College, Gorakhpur. The state government had filed a petition against Kafeel Khan against the Allahabad High Court's decision to remove the NSA clause.
