Balliya firing case: Devendra Singh, brother of the main accused, arrested

Uttar Pradesh Police has arrested Devendra Singh who is the brother of Dhirendra Singh, who is the main accused in the Ballia firing. However, Dhirendra Singh is still out of the grip of the police. Apart from this, the police has also filed a case against 8 named and 25 unknown people. out of these 5 named people have been arrested. 

Dhirendra Pratap Singh opened fire. The bullet hit Jayaprakash, who died on the way to the hospital.
