Ballabhgarh case: 28 arrested for creating uproar after mahapanchayat

A mahapanchayat was convened in Ballabhgarh, Haryana in connection with the Nikita Tomar murder case, after which some people created a ruckus on road. Some people have blocked the road in protest and incident of arson has been carried out. 28 have been arrested by the Police for creating uproar and ruckus.
