Are rapid test kits from China faulty?

Health Minister of Rajasthan, Raghu Sharma, raised concerns over the results of Rapid Test Kits from China. He alleged that the results differed and there was no corelation between the original testing and rapid tests.
Now, the kits usage has been banned for two days.
