Home Minister Amit Shah was LIVE in Rajya Sabha and he spoke on Uttarakhand Avalanche. He said that 12 people had been pulled out safely from a tunnel whereas 30 to 35 people were stuck in another tunnel.

He added that the death toll had gone up to 20 as of 5 pm on Monday
