All about Kejriwal's Operation Shield to protect Delhi from COVID-19

The Delhi government has come up with a new plan to deal with deadly Coronavirus. The Arvind Kejriwal government's new plan is called Operation Shield. As per this programme, Delhi has been divided into two zones Red and Orange. The red zone will have all the hotspots of Coronavirus, contained areas and quarantine units.
