Alapan Bandyopadhyay reveals why he was late for PM’s cyclone Yaas review meeting

The Alapan Bandyopadhyay row is very well known since the officer reached 15-minutes late to the review meeting of Prime Minister Narendra Modi over Cyclone Yaas. But now, Alapan has revealed why he was late for the meeting. In a written reply to the Centre, Alapan wrote he was with West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee and hence was late.
