Ahmed Patel's last rites performed in ancestral village, Rahul Gandhi pays homage

Senior Congress leader Ahmed Patel's last rites were performed his native village Pirman in Bharuch district of Gujarat on Thursday. Congress leader Rahul Gandhi also piad homage to the party's key strategist and Chanakaya. Patel died on Wednesday.

Faisal Patel, son of Ahmed Patel, tweeted in the early hours of Wednesday and informed of his death. He was admitted to Medanta Hospital in Gurugram for several days after being corona infected.
