After Punjab, Kejriwal offers free electricity to Goa ahead of elections

Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal is busy in 'Mission Goa'. He is on a two-day visit to Goa and has promised the people free electricity worth 300 units if Aam Aadmi Party comes to power.
