Accused of attacking minor girl in Delhi's Moti Bagh arrested

In a horrific incident in Delhi's Moti Bagh area, a minor girl succumbed to injuries after a man allegedly attacked her with an axe. According to police,  the accused, Praveen, had been stalking the girl for months and was harassing her. After the incident, he fled to Haryana and today was arrested by the police.
