According to sources, Mallikarjun Kharge may file his nomination as a candidate on Friday (September 30) with the support of the Gandhi family. Former Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Digvijay Singh and Congress MP Shashi Tharoor are also going to file their nomination papers on Friday itself.
