Civil Rights activist Teesta Setalvad has been detained by the Gujarat ATS in connection with faking evidence against the BJP in the Supreme Court case. Now, BJP launched a scathing attack on Setalvad and alleged the Congress and its president Sonia Gandhi were the “driving force” behind the activist’s campaign against then chief minister Narendra Modi over the 2002 Gujarat riots.
