Gujarat Elections 2022: Is Owaisi's demand to open a closed slaughter house in Gujarat justified?

In the Gujarat elections, AIMIM Chief Asaduddin Owaisi has now entered the fray with a new bet. In a meeting held on Sunday (November 6) in the Muslim-dominated Mirzapur area in Ahmedabad, Owaisi raised the issue of declining number of slaughterhouses in Gujarat. Owaisi has promised the Muslim community that if his party’s candidate wins, he will fight to increase the number of slaughter houses in the state.

Owais is hitting two targets with one bet from the slaughter house. On one hand he is trying to tell that AAP-Congress is not concerned about the issues of Muslims and on the other hand his eyes are on the Qureshi community associated with the meat business.
