Govt should talk to farmers to end the protest: UP govt minister Dr Dharam Singh

Regarding the farmers movement, UP government minister Dr Dharam Singh Saini says that he is appealing to his government to end the agitation after talking to the farmers. He told ABP News that he sincerely hoped that the farmers' movement would end before the elections.
