Delhi: People violate social distancing norms while filling water from tanker

In the Chanakyapuri area of ​​Delhi, people are battling a water crisis amidst of the Covid-19 scare.  As soon as a tanker arrives, people, most without masks, enter the crowd and try to fill water. People have to wait for hours for the tanker to arrive and gather up when it does. Due to this, there is also a risk of Covid spreading among the crowd.
