Cyclone Yaas: Rain water enters houses & hospitals in Bihar

DMCH has been submerged due to heavy rains in Darbhanga district of Bihar due to storms caused by Cyclone Yaas. The hospital's Medicine Department, OPD, Emergency Department, Paediatrics Department, Superintendent Office's outer campus are all water logged. Because of this, doctors, workers and the patient's family are facing a lot of trouble.
