Consider making law to prohibit black marketing and hoarding: Delhi HC to Centre

During the hearing on the issue of Corona in the Delhi High Court, the information which came out today, raised many questions. During the hearing in the High Court, the court was told that oxygen concentrator and oxygen cylinder are not part of the Essential Commodities Act. During the hearing, the court termed it a major lapse and asked the government to consider such a law so that hoarding and black marketing can be stopped
