Bhai Jagtap rubbishes BMC's claim of drain cleaning

In the drain cleaning done before the rains in Mumbai, BMC claims that 102% of the drains have been cleaned in Mumbai but Congress President Bhai Jagtap believes that only 20-25% has been cleaned.
