Atmosphere of fear and intolerance in country: Abhishek Singhvi

Senior Congress leader Abhishek Manu Singhvi launched an attack at the government over the issues of CAA, NRC and the NPR.''NPR was there in 2003 but NRC was not even conceived. NRC, NPR and CAA are the three brothers," he said at ABP News' Jan Man Dhan conclave.  
"The CAA violates Article 14 of the Constitution. How will it be decided that people from Pakistan, Bangladesh and Afghanistan are harassed?" he questioned.
