Arvind Kejriwal on Ludhiana Court blast: 'Why are such incidents happening before election?'

Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal is on a two-day visit to Punjab from today. Expressing grief over the blast in Ludhiana district court on Thursday, Kejriwal has linked it to the elections. CM Kejriwal said that the incident that has happened in Ludhiana is sad.
