Narendra Modi to address rally in West Bengal's Jalpaiguri

Prime Minister Narendra Modi to visit Jalpaiguri on Friday where he will lay the foundation stone for four lans of the Falakata-Salsalabari section of National Highway-31 D there. This is worth Rs 1938 crore. 
 
He will also hold a rally in Chhattisgarh. 

On the other hand Rahul Gandhi will hold a 'Aabhaar Rally' in Bhopal. Congress president's posters have also been installed in Bhopal in which he is refferred as next Prime Minister and also 'Hanuman Bhakt'
