Muzaffarnagar: Class 5 child loses eyesight after teacher beats him mercilessly

Muzaffarnagar: Class 5 child was beaten for not taking persmission before going to a friend's desk in school. Following which the teacher thrahsed him so badly that he lost eyesight. Police is further investigating the matter.
