MP: SDM caught on camera while misbehaving in Jhabua

The incident took place in Madhya Pradesh's Jhabua. Here, SDM Harshal Pancholi rebuked a man in middle of the road. The man, Mannalal, had wished him Namaste while SDM wa checking vehicles. Mannalal said that he did not talk about cars but came to wish him only.  But the SDM did not listen to him. Whole of the incident was captured on camera
