Mastermind of Panchkula Violence Dilawar Insan arrested from Haryana's Sonepat
Dilawar had incited violence in Panchkula after the conviction of Gurmeet Ram Rahim. The violence lead to 30 deaths and more than 200 injured. Dilawar was a close aide of Baba and his arrest hints at intensification of the probe.
Dilawar was arrested from Haryana's Sonepat and hunt for Honeypreet is still underway.
