Master Stroke: Not even 20% of the budget provided for PM's housing scheme is utilized

'Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana' beneficiary says that the houses we recieved are in such condition that they fear of the collapse anytime soon. On the other hand, not even 20% of the budget provided for PM's housing scheme is utilized and 38% of the budget for Swachch Bharat Scheme went in vain.
