Manchester Arena: British PM Theresa May calls for an emergency meeting

Breaking: British police on Tuesday confirmed that several people were killed in two apparent explosions at Manchester Arena following a concert by American singer Ariana Grande.
Local law enforcement authorities reportedly told NBC News that at least 20 people had been killed.
