The other arrested persons are retired chief manager of Bank of Baroda, Arun Kumar Singh, Prem Kumar (stenographer of Bhagalpur DM), Rakesh Yadav, Rakesh Jha and Ajay Pandey of Indian Bank, Satish Jha and Sarita Jha of Srijan, Banshidhar Jha (proprietor of a printing press) and Binod Singh (driver).
