Madurai Suffers Due To Water-Shortage and Casteism Adds Fuel To Fire

People of Madurai suffer during summers every year. They face extreme water-shortage and are usually dependent on wells. They walk long distances, stand in queues, wait for their turns and then get water for their daily use. But apart from this, it is casteism which is making Madurai suffer even more. 
Only those from higher castes can pull water out of the well
