President of the Court Judge Abdulqawi Ahmed Yusuf read out the verdict during a public sitting at the Peace Palace in The Hague, Netherlands. ICJ said that the Court considers that a continued stay of execution constitutes an indispensable condition for the effective review and reconsideration of the conviction and sentence of Jadhav.
